And you keep on moving
You have to move your body. Stand up and go walk around your porch, garden, block, street, for 5 minutes. Try to do this 2-3 times a day.
Do it in the morning where the sun is fully present. This starts to regulate your circadian rhythm, which allows you to sleep properly and wake up early. This is actually done through your eyes as they detect the sunlight.
Walking 5 minutes under good sun will also make you produce vitamin d, which is important. The sunlight is required for this, not just warmth.
Avoid stagnation. If you have been sitting in your chair for 60 minutes, and you're not really busy, stand up and walk.
Apart from walking, you can try getting a tennis ball to bounce it against a wall. When you feel you're stagnating too much, go outside and find a wall to bounce your ball for 5 minutes.
This keeps your body in motion. But for weight loss you need to add 20 minutes of some more involved cardio. A reclined stationary bike would be perfect for instance. You can start at low intensity for the first weeks, 20 minutes. Then increase the resistance as it becomes easier. This can help burn around 120 kcal if low intensity. 120 kcal might be just what you need to be in the range of 500 kcal deficit for the day.
Explore places once in a while. I believe that as you use your body to traverse places you get to experience what is there. Maybe it's a place you haven't been before, or not enough, maybe not many people have. Maybe the place has something to offer you. Think of it as locations having invisible experiences for you, things your mind and body will process and realize sometime later, in a level that is not yet perceivable to you. This makes exploration more exciting.
